The tour of the Historic Center includes pick-up at an agreed point in the center (Plaza del Obispo, Tourist Office under the Alcazaba, etc.) and if coming by bus, at the stops behind the Town Hall or in the tunnel of the Alcazaba. It includes a walk through the exteriors of the Alcazaba, Roman Theater, Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso's Birthplace is located), Granada street with the church of Santiago, Picasso Museum, Cathedral and ends on Larios street. With more time (three or four hours), you can take a panoramic bus tour (one hour), visit the interior of the Cathedral (minimum 50 minutes) or the Alcazaba (minimum one hour), Malaga Museum (1 hour for only one section, Archaeology or Fine Arts, and around 1.45 hours for both), Picasso Museum (minimum 1 hour) or show other points of interest in the city such as the Atarazanas Market, the Alameda and its surroundings, or the Park and Port with the Palmeral de las Sorpresas and Muelle 1, or go towards the Malagueta area and optionally visit the Plaza de Toros or the English Cemetery. Other options include urban art (graffiti) in Lagunillas or the Soho, Church of Victoria and Camarin, etc.

The Museum of Malaga is free for all European citizens (non-European citizens only pay 1.50 €). Reservations are required for groups of more than 10 people, with a maximum of 25 (although they are flexible with both). For the Picasso Museum, tickets must be purchased in advance. No prior reservation is necessary for the rest of the museums and monuments.
